Dick Grones is a founding Principal of Cambridge Commercial Realty and is a well known and highly regarded commercial real estate executive. During his 30 plus years of real estate experience, Dick has been a leader in Tenant Representation and has long established relationships throughout the industry. His clients include some of the country’s most successful and recognizable retailers and restaurants such as Costco, The Sports Authority, Jared Jewelers, PF Chang’s, Crave, and Darden Restaurants (which include Capitol Grill, Long Horn Steak House, Seasons 52, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Bahama Breeze). Dick is responsible for and negotiates expansion strategies through trade area analysis, the site selection process, and lease negotiation.
Prior to Cambridge Commercial Realty, Dick was associated with Lombard Properties. Dick is an active member of ICSC-International Council of Shopping Centers, CIRB-Council of International Restaurant Brokers and MSCA- Minnesota Shopping Center Association. He was also a former president of CIRB. Approximately 90% of his practice is in the area of tenant representation of restaurants & retailers.
Roger Lenahan is a founding Principal of CAMBRIDGE Commercial Realty. Roger is responsible for leasing and brokerage of retail, restaurant, and land with subspecialty in disposition. Roger has over 15 years of experience in leasing and marketing from previous affiliations with Lombard Properties and Xerox Corporation. He has been a guest lecturer at the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire and the American Marketing Association. Roger is an executive board member of Realty Resources as well as a member of ICSC, CIRB and MSCA. In 2005, Roger is serving as Chairman for Realty Resources.
Carrie Charleston rejoined Cambridge Commercial Realty as an Associate in 2005. Before returning to Cambridge Commercial Realty, Carrie worked for a national Developer as a leasing specialist. She currently specializes in restaurant and retail tenant representation.
