Dick is a founding Principal of CAMBRIDGE Commercial Realty. Dick serves as client liason for architectural designers, feasibility study coordinators, and city & municipality contacts. Over his 20 years of real estate experience, he has negotiated sales and leases, financed projects, and developed and managed a multitude of commercial properties. Prior to CAMBRIDGE Commercial Realty, Dick was associated with Lombard Properties. Dick is an active member of ICSC, OCR, MSCA, and Realty Resources.

Roger is a founding Principal of CAMBRIDGE Commercial Realty. Roger is responsible for leasing and brokerage of retail, restaurant, and land with subspecialty in disposition. Roger has over 15 years of experience in leasing and marketing from previous affiliations with Lombard Properties and Xerox Corporation. He has been a guest lecturer at the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire and the American Marketing Association. Roger is an executive board member of Realty Resources as well as a member of ICSC, CIRB and MSCA. In 2005, Roger is serving as Chairman for Realty Resources.

Amy joined Cambridge Commercial Realty in 2001 after working in the medical industry for 12 years. Amy’s past work experience in research, education and marketing is utilized to provide clients and agents with market analysis, site selection process as well as all aspects of the real estate transaction. As Director of Cambridge Commercial Realty, Amy is an active member of MSCA, ICSC and Realty Resources.

John is responsible for leasing and brokerage of industrial, office and retail space. Prior to entering the real estate business, John was a branch manager with a computer company for 15 years. John is an active member of ICSC and Realty Resources.

Peter joined Cambridge Commercial in 2002 as an associate upon completion of his degree at the University of Southern Oregon. Peter is a third generation real estate agent. He is specializing in the area of retail leasing, restaurant and land brokerage, leasing and development.

Carrie Charleston rejoined Cambridge Commercial Realty as an Associate in 2005. Before returning to Cambridge Commercial Realty, Carrie worked for a national Developer as a leasing specialist. She currently specializes in restaurant and retail tenant representation.

As a Senior Broker with CAMBRIDGE Commercial Realty, Tom is responsible for retail, restaurant, land brokerage, leasing and development. Tom has experience as a Corporate Real Estate Consultant and a Tenant Representative from his association with Walsh Dunsmore Company. Tom continues his pursuit of a professional designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. Tom is an active member of MSCA and ICSC.

John Sheehan's area of expertise lies in the hospitality arena of real estate development. He was previously associated with Innco, a holding company that leases, manages and sells hotel properties. As a developer, John has built, owned, and managed retail real estate as well as hotels. John is experienced in all aspects of commercial real estate including negotiating leases & sales agreements, developing and financing properties.

Mike joined Cambridge Commercial Realty in 2007. He has been  working in the Midwest region on land brokerage, tenant representation and consulting for the last 12 years.  Mike is a member of MSCA and looks forward to helping clients & Cambridge grow in the future.
