Roger C. Lenahan (Pictured on the Left) is a founding principal of Cambridge Commercial Realty. Roger is responsible for leasing and brokerage of retail, restaurant, and land development with a subspecialty in disposition. Roger has over 20 years of experience in leasing and marketing from previous affiliations with Lombard Properties and Xerox Corporation. Roger is a member of ICSC and MSCA.

Richard P. Grones,
President & Co-Founder
Known as ‘The Chain Maker” Richard ‘Dick’ Grones is a founding Principal of Cambridge Commercial Realty. At the Start of his career, Dick served as a generalist for Maxwell investments in charge of leasing 600 Acres of Earl Browne Commercial Industrial Park. He then went on to work at Eberhart Realty & Lombard Properties until he founded Cambridge Commercial in 1991. During his 30 year Career, Dick has negotiated sales and leases, financed projects, develpoed and manged a multitude of commercial properties. Dick is an active member of ICSC, CIRB and MSCA. He also Served as the President of the Council of International Restaurant Brokers in 1999, and was a former Director and board member of the Minnesota Shopping Center Association in the late 90s. Dick was also named a Minneapolis Power Broker for retail leasing transactions in 2008.

Harrison J. Grones,
Vice President of Sales & Leasing
Associate Salesman Harrison J. Grones has been with the Cambridge Team for over a year now. Born and raised in the Minneapolis area, Harrison graduated from Benilde-St. Margaret’s in 2014 and later attended St. John’s University in Collegeville, Minnesota. He graduated in 2018 with a degree in Political Science (Concentration: Law and Legal Studies) and Minor in Economics. Being one of Dick’s 4 sons, Harrison has been learning about Commercial Real Estate throughout his entire life.from his father and other Mentors in the industry. Throughout his teen years he gained valuable knowledge from work experience in both the front of the house, and in the kitchens of several different restaurants. Harrison is always seeking new clients who are either looking to expand their market presence, or enter into the MSP market.

Taylor D. Grones,
Born and Raised in the Twin Cities, Taylor Grones has earned himself the reputation as a ‘bad boy’ in the local restaurant industry through his hard work in the kitchens all over the Minneapolis-St. Paul area. After Graduating high school at Benilde St-Margaret’s, Taylor went on to Minnesota State University at Moorhead . Taylor has worked at several restaurants as a Sous Chef and kitchen manager, contributing to their success with his skill in management of food and labor costs. Taylor was formerly the Sous Chef at both P.F. Chang’s Asian Bistro at Southdale and Red Cow at 50th& France. He is currently the Sous Chef at The Copper Cow at Eden Prairie Road & Excelsior Blvd, where he helped in the months leading up to their successful opening. He brings a critical element to the Cambridge Team with his vast knowledge and experience with ‘back of the house’ operations in the kitchens of successful restaurants. After the passing of brother and longtime Cambridge Associate, Peter Grones, Taylor found a calling to pursue commercial real estate and follow in his brother’s footsteps.
